Rangers: Chris Sutton sends Michael Beale message after Ange Postecoglou news at Celtic
Chris Sutton has labelled Rangers manager Michael Beale a “lucky man” after the news that Celtic granted Ange Postecoglou permission to speak to Tottenham.
According to Sky Sports, the Celtic manager will hold talks with the North London outfit over their managerial vacancy, after interim boss Ryan Mason left the club.
The manager just lifted the treble with the Bhoys, as Celtic won the Scottish Premiership, Scottish League Cup and Scottish Cup this season.

They defeated Rangers in the League Cup final and Scottish Cup semi-final, having finished seven points ahead of them in the league.
“Michael Beale is a lucky man…” Sutton wrote on Twitter.

Shots fired
It isn’t the first shot that Sutton has fired at Rangers regarding their inferiority to Celtic, and it certainly won’t be the last. The pundit always likes to have a dig at the Gers, even for the most insignificant reasons ever.
But this is a significant moment in Scottish and indeed English football, with Postecoglou looking very likely of leaving Celtic in order for a new challenge at Tottenham.
Celtic fans will miss their beloved manager dearly if he does make the move south, but it would be welcome news to Rangers fans, who won’t have been happy to have lost out on all three domestic titles to their fierce rivals.
Beale will, of course, have some thoughts on this latest development, but the Gers boss would be wise to stay focused on his own club at this moment in time, with plenty of issues needing to be sorted out, both on and off the pitch at Ibrox.
In other Rangers news, Beale is already locked in talks for two new Gers transfers, one of which lost at Wembley in May.
