Calvin Bassey sends four-word message as Rangers transfer news emerges
Calvin Bassey has sent Dujon Sterling a four-word message after the 23-year-old signed a four-year deal with Rangers.
The Light Blues confirmed the signing of the former Chelsea youngster on Wednesday. He will officially join the Gers on 1 July.
Bassey has since sent Sterling a message on Instagram after Rangers’ newest signing posted an image of himself after penning his deal at Ibrox.

“All the best bro,” wrote Bassey (Instagram, 31 May).
Bassey 2.0
Could we have Bassey 2.0 on our hands? Sterling has been impressive for the likes of Stoke City and Coventry in recent years and is now looking to step up. It’s important to remember that Bassey was signed after being let go from Leicester City.
Sometimes these big Premier League clubs let one or two gems slip through their fingers. Sterling could well be another. There were also rumours of Chelsea offering the 23-year-old a new deal – this is a good sign.

Michael Beale’s squad overhaul is now well and truly underway and the Gers boss will be delighted with his early business.
There are a number of signings in the pipeline and plenty for Rangers fans to be excited about. It can’t stop here for Beale. A drastic overhaul will require a number of players signed in the early part of the window. Free agents and players coming to the end of their contracts will be prioritised.
