Rangers ace Steven Davis sends message to Scott Arfield amid Ibrox exit
Steven Davis has sent a heartfelt message to outgoing Rangers ace Scott Arfield.
Arfield is one of five Gers players to be leaving the club upon the expiry of their contracts.
The midfielder is joined by Alfredo Morelos, Allan McGregor, Ryan Kent and Filip Helander in leaving the Scottish outfit.

“When friends become family, been a pleasure sharing time on/off the pitch with Scott Arfield and the fam,” Davis wrote on Instagram.
“Great memories made and plenty more to come. Congrats on living the dream. Excited to see what’s next.”

Super spell
Arfield enjoyed a superb spell at Rangers, with the midfielder definitely going to be missed over the coming years at Ibrox, clearly both on and off the pitch.
The fan favourite will no doubt enjoy another successful stint away from the Gers, with plenty of legs left in the 34-year-old.
Many Rangers supporters will be disappointed at the news that Arfield will be leaving Ibrox, with many having the mindset that he could still be an important player under Michael Beale.
But the manager clearly has a plan in mind, and Arfield does not factor into it, with toppling fierce rivals Celtic his main priority next season.
The boss is perhaps keen on securing younger, more exciting players that can bring some energy to Ibrox, not just next season but for many seasons to come.
Davis meanwhile has endured a very frustrating time due to injury, with his future at the club still up in the air.
