Rangers transfer news as three more names drop after Kieran Dowell and Dujon Sterling moves
Rangers are set to continue their raid of England in the coming weeks after moves for Dujon Sterling and Kieran Dowell, according to Darren Witcoop.
The Mirror journalist has named Karlan Grant at West Brom and Queens Park Rangers duo Lyndon Dykes and Chris Willock has potential options to follow.
News broke today that Sterling has agreed a move to Ibrox, with Dowell already said to have done the same ahead of a big Michael Beale rebuild this summer.
Writing on his personal Twitter account, Witcoop shared the next names on the list as the Rangers raid of England looks set to continue in the coming months.
“Rangers raiding Championship this summer,” he wrote.
“Norwich’s Kieran Dowell joining with West Brom’s Karlan Grant and QPR striker Lyndon Dykes options. Michael Beale also a fan of QPR’s Chris Willock. Chelsea’s Dijon Sterling incoming, who impressed on loan at Stoke.”

More to come
It is clear already that the summer rebuild at Ibrox is going to be a significant one.
Beale has said so, and now the transfer links are flowing fast.
The Ibrox boss previously made comments that many of the incoming additions would have links to his coaching team and there are signs of that already. The Championship is a market that Beale knows well, complimenting the knowledge of his coaches, Neil Banfield and Damian Matthew, on the English second tier.
Finding hidden gems like Todd Cantwell is the aim but that won’t always happen. The danger is that Rangers will be taking on too many ‘project players’ with Dowell falling into that category but the signs are that Sterling is a player on an upward trajectory.
There will be more to come, but that has to include big money in relative terms being spent on the quality that will enable a return to the top of Scottish football.
In other Rangers news, Michael Stewart has stated that one player has been a standout for the Gers in an otherwise disappointing season.
