Pundit stunned by ‘outrageous’ Fashion Sakala moment in Rangers v Aberdeen
Andy Little hailed the pace of Fashion Sakala in the first half on Sunday afternoon as Rangers beat Aberdeen 1-0 in the Scottish Premiership contest at Ibrox.
The former Gers player was seriously impressed with the rapid burst displayed by the attacker but insisted that he should have scored an opener for his team.
The Zambian pounced on a delicate Rabbi Matondo layoff inside the box but was unable to find the net from point-blank range.

Former Northern Ireland international Little was right to highlight the miss from Sakala, in what is an obvious flaw in his game.
“That’s outrageous pace by Fashion there to get behind Scales,” he said on Rangers TV (7 May, 3:42pm).
“I think he’s just got to keep it down and get it through the legs of Roos when you get a chance like that.”

Predictably inconsistent
The chance for Sakala summed up the frustration around him, as well as his overall contribution.
He possesses lightening pace, he always carries a threat in attack but is terribly unpredictable with a tendency to fluff his lines, as was displayed at Hampden last week, to the utter dismay of all from a Rangers perspective.
His opportunity against Aberdeen on Sunday was nowhere near the same as the open net he somehow missed against Celtic in the Scottish Cup semi-final but it further underlined that he does not score enough.
The former Oostende player may be spared under Michael Beale’s rebuild as a squad option but it can be no more than that. If a sale is there do be made, Rangers should do a deal.
After two seasons at Ibrox and now at 26 years of age, he is not going to improve on his technique or consistency significantly.
Quite simply, Rangers need much better than what he can provide.
In other Rangers news, £3.4million international player investment is on the line at Ibrox.
