Official Rangers partner blown away as Todd Cantwell footage emerges from Aberdeen clash

Heart and Hand were left impressed with Rangers attacking midfielder Todd Cantwell for his goal in the 1-0 win over Aberdeen.

The former Norwich City player found the back of the net and that strike proved to be the winner at Ibrox on Sunday, 7 May.

This impressed the club’s official media partner, who took to Twitter to wax lyrical over his display.

They wrote, “Finishes 1-0 at Ibrox. Not a classic but Cantwell’s beautiful strike is enough for Gers. We need forwards.”

Only good thing?

There weren’t plenty of positives to take from this game and the only thing for Rangers was the fact that they managed to pick up the three points.

Apart from that, Michael Beale will have to look with a magnifying glass to see any other bright sparks and he knows that this squad requires serious surgery ahead of next season.

Alfredo Morelos’ future now seems done and dusted and it’s best if Beale does not even play him again this season.

Cantwell has been a good signing and what he needs is more signings like him to get this team to the next level to compete with Celtic.

In the majority of the games, he’s a class apart and it shows, given how talented a footballer he is.

He may have dipped slightly at Norwich, but we’re now seeing signs of the player who was incredible in the Premier League and linked with some of the league’s best teams.

In other Rangers news, the club are clearly playing a sick joke with their supporters after they made an announcement about a senior player.
