Fenerbahce manager Jorge Jesus tells board to sign Ryan Kent as Rangers exit development emerges
Fenerbahce manager Jorge Jesus has told the club’s board he wants to sign Rangers winger Ryan Kent this summer, according to Ajansspor.
Kent seems destined to leave Ibrox at the end of the season as his contract expires at the end of this month.
And drawing up a list of targets that he would like the board to sign, Fenerbahce’s Jesus named the Gers attacker among other players.

“In the transfer list given to the management by Jesus, he wanted reinforcements to be made in four regions,” according to ajansspor.
“Jesus, who said that right and left wing, a midfielder and a striker should be taken, also offered his opinion on some names he has been following for a long time.
“He stated that Fabio Borini, Haji Wright and Ryan Kent would make a great contribution to the team in a report.”

Superb servant
Kent has been a brilliant servant at Rangers, with the winger producing several huge moments in Scottish and European football during his time at the club.
It will definitely be a sad moment for the player when he does eventually leave Ibrox, having given so much on the pitch in recent years.
But there will also be excitement for Kent, who will no doubt shine at his next club after many impressive years at Rangers.
He is no longer the youngster he was when he joined the Scottish club, and must now show maturity on and off the pitch in the closing stages of the season as his time in Glasgow seemingly comes to an end.
Many Gers supporters will be disappointed to have to say goodbye to Kent, but hopefully the majority will appreciate his time in blue and wish him well on his next adventure, wherever that may be.
In other Rangers news, one academy youngster is “expected to play a part” for Michael Beale’s side in pre-season this summer.
