Burnley have made the first move with talks now underway to get a deal over the line which would be confirmed in the upcoming summer window.

The 26-year old attacker is coming to the end of his fifth season in Glasgow and it is increasingly likely that his overall stay north of the border is also reaching its conclusion.
Michael Beale did admit recently that talks would continue over the latest international break over a potential new contract, but that has resulted in nothing so far.

Kent has endured a frustrating season so far, only managing to find the back of the net three times in his 29 Scottish Premiership appearances, adding eight assists on top of that.
The former Liverpool man may get a chance to sign off from his spell at Ibrox with a bang though, with the Scottish Cup left to play for, the semi-final is at the end of the month against Celtic.
The 26-year-old helped bring the good times back to Ibrox, and would leave with an invincible season under his belt alongside that memorable Europa League run.
