Chris Sutton shares instant reaction to Rangers loss v Celtic in Old Firm
Chris Sutton has shared his instant reaction to Rangers 3-2 defeat against Celtic at Parkhead on Saturday 08 April this weekend.
The unpopular pundit was quick to react to the “terrific” latest instalment of the derby, with Rangers more than unlucky to leave with nothing in the end.
Sutton pinpointed Ally McCoist after he was not happy with the decision that saw Kevin Clancy rule out an early goal from Alfredo Morelos, which was a joke.

Writing on his personal Twitter account, Sutton shared his instant reaction to the result as the full time whistle went at Parkhead, much to our disappointment.
“Terrific Glasgow Derby,” he wrote.
“Lucky Ange coming up trumps once again. Ally McCoist in tears over the Morelos ruled out goal and said to me yesterday Rangers had closed the gap.”
Shocker.
How on earth did Rangers leave with nothing?
Michael Beale will be pulling his hair out as it was his two central defenders that ultimately cost him the game in their biggest rivals’ back garden.
John Souttar and Ben Davies handed Kyogo and Jota easy goals to take the game away from the Bears, who dominated throughout without taking their chances.
With the Scottish Premiership already as good as gone though, the context in terms of that is irrelevant, with all eyes now on the Scottish Cup semi-finals at Hampden Park.
It was another afternoon that did show that Beale is going in the right direction though, and with getting rid of a few of these players and bringing in some new faces, the gap is small.
Sutton can laugh all he wants now, but let’s hope that is turned upside down sooner rather than later.
In other Rangers news, Michael Beale has been tipped for £15million in wages to play with as players are set to leave.
