Nnamdi Ofoborh to visit another specialist as Rangers saga continues
Rangers midfielder Nnamdi Ofoborh will visit a third specialist to get to the bottom of his heart issue, according to the Scottish Daily Mail.
The midfielder arrived at Ibrox two years ago but has yet to complete a single minute of action after heart problems were discovered upon his move from Bournemouth in 2021 that stopped it from happening.
The Daily Record reported [14 March, pg 42] that Ofoborh remains at Auchenhowie after the midfielder said he could reveal two years of mistreatment.
Gers boss Michael Beale insists [Scottish Daily Mail, 17 March, page 72] that the club have done everything they can to nurse the injury-stricken midfielder back to full health and the 23-year-old will now see a third specialist to get to the bottom of his heart issue spotted upon his move from the Cherries.

With Ofoborh and Rangers unfollowing each other on social media, many assumed that they had cut ties, but that is not the case as the midfielder looks for answers.
But, this is a matter concerning the midfielder’s health which must be taken with considerable care.
Certainly, it remains to be seen if Ofoborh still has a future at the Gers having not appeared a single minute since his move in 2021, but the club must ensure that if Oboforh is to return to action in the near future, it will not be a detriment to his health as we’ve seen and heard some devastating instances in which players have suffered from similar heart issues on a football pitch.
Despite all that is ongoing behind the scenes regarding the former Cherries midfielder, the club will need to make a decision soon. Will the 23-year-old ever play for the Gers again if he is cleared to play? And what will happen to his contract if he is indeed cleared?
The future of both parties must be considered upon his return to health and fitness. For now, though, the Ofoborh’s safety and health remain paramount above all else.
In other Rangers news, the club have pulled of a major transfer coup with a deal already signed for a player who was interesting two English giants.
