Rangers official partner fumes as images surface from controversial incident

Heart and Hand have been left disgusted as Rangers fans were left stuck in a bottleneck squeezing into Easter Road before the Hibs game.

Gers won the game 4-1 on Wednesday, 8 March, but fans have not been impressed by the controversial incident prior to kick off.

Police horses were also deployed and the Broomloan Collective have now released a statement to address the incidents.

Reacting to the images surfacing from Wednesday, the club’s official partners took to Twitter to write, “This is frightening and there’s absolutely no justification for it. Don’t give us ******** about ‘public safety’ when your measures are endangering thousands of matchgoing fans.”

Disastrous

The entry system into the ground is a disaster for away fans and this is not the first time that it’s happened and it won’t be the last.

The reason why it’s being talked about it is because the Rangers are involved and in a way, it’s good as it will throw light on such incidents.

Hopefully, the authorities take this into account and ask Hibs to do something about it or even the local police as it’s getting embarrassing.

Rangers

It’s not safe for fans either as there’s a real chance of a stampede occurring and it could lead to devastating situations that nobody would want.

A number of fans even missed kick off and that’s not really something that you want even though you’re reaching the ground on time.

Matchday experiences should be enjoyable and not something where one’s safety is seriously endangered due to the lack of planning.
