Keith Jackson makes behind-the-scenes Rangers admission about Michael Beale
Keith Jackson believes that Michael Beale is doing a lot more than being responsible for the Rangers first team as he is now 100 days.
The Daily Record journalist admits that he’s in a similar situation as Giovanni van Bronckhorst was as they’re still playing catchup to their arch rivals Celtic.
They’re nine points clear of Gers and have a far super goal difference to them as well.

Having seen what’s going on at Ibrox, Jackson wrote on 8 March, “Today marks Beale ’s ‘first 100 days’ in the Rangers dugout since his own inauguration as Gio van Bronckhorst’s successor. And – more than a little bit unfairly – it does feel as if he is battling against a similar backdrop of unrest and general dissatisfaction amongst his own constituents
“It does all feel like he is attempting to hold more than just a team together while he attends to the front of house as infighting rages on behind him. He’s having to keep a full-scale revolt from the door.”
Spot on
Beale is having to deal with a lot in his early days as Rangers manager as fan support for the board appears to be at a low.
There seem to be banners against them in every game, be it home or away and it’s about time they deserve a change.
This is a club that must represent the interests of the fans and as it’s been seen over the past few years, it has done anything but that.

They’ve gone from winning the league under Steven Gerrard to not kicking on and losing their perch to their rivals Celtic once again.
Nobody would’ve fathomed this situation after that invincible season, but such is their luck and they’ve now got to take steps in the right direction.
Hopefully, this summer, things change and Beale is given adequate funds to build a squad that is good enough to challenge Celtic for the title.
