Antonio Colak starts as Michael Beale names unchanged team – Confirmed Rangers XI v Hibernian
Michael Beale has made no changes to his Rangers starting lineup for the Scottish Premiership clash against Hibernian at Easter Road (8 March).
Antonio Colak keeps his place in the side up front ahead of Alfredo Morelos, who is named on the bench, while Fashion Sakala starts alongside Ryan Kent and Todd Cantwell.
Nicolas Raskin also continues in midfield alongside Ryan Jack, with Glen Kamara, John Lundstram and Scott Arfield on the bench.
Youngster Adam Devine is named on the bench too as Beale goes with his strongest back four, while summer signing Rabbi Matondo makes a rare appearance as a substitute for the gam with Ianis Hagi.
Depth
Rangers have finally got depth in their squad, and Beale has had a chance to show it off in recent games after the Viaplay Cup final defeat to Celtic.
It’s really important to keep the pressure on Celtic in the title race, but more importantly it’s really necessary to get back to building momentum and winning games again.

Beale has only lost once as manager since his return to the club but the performances haven’t been good enough to entirely win fans over, even in victory, and that needs to change.
The first half showing against Kilmarnock at the weekend was far better, but that needs to be consistent now and this is a great chance to show how good we really are against another side considered to be among the better ones in Scotland.
A win today proves we’re going in the right direction, and Beale has picked a team more than strong enough to get the job done.
