Rangers: Chris Sutton delivers Fashion Sakala ‘danger’ verdict ahead of clash v Celtic
Chris Sutton believes Fashion Sakala will be a “danger” to Celtic in Rangers Viaplay Cup final clash on Sunday 26 February at Hampden Park.
Sakala has been in the headlines this week for the wrong reasons following comments he made about Celtic being the “other mob” and admitting he was in the better team.
Sutton wasn’t completely kind to Sakala, confessing that his second touch is sometimes like a tackle but admitted past Old Firm clashes have proven he is a nuisance to Celtic.

“I know Ally’s not mad on him, he’s an inconsistent player and sometimes his second touch is like a tackle,” said Sutton live on BT Sport’s Scottish Football Extra. (24 February)
“But he is a danger and he has caused Celtic problems.”

Nothing comments.
The lot over at Parkhead are getting touchy over just about anything at the moment and Sakala is just adding to the fun and games of a cup final here.
His two-word reference about Celtic wasn’t disrespectful in the slightest and the thin-skinned Hoops fans need to chill out over this matter.
If it was a Celtic player who made the comment, Sutton and co would be lapping it up and praising the player for the tongue-in-cheek gesture.
All in all, it’s a bit of light-hearted humour that has yet again gone over some people’s heads and at the end of the day, the real talking will be done on the pitch.
Comments like the one made by the Zambian only add to the excitement of the Cup competition and it’s been some build-up to the clash so far.
From awkward joint press conferences to “lucky” jibes thrown by Michael Beale, fans can expect an ultra-fiery affair in Sunday’s game.
In other Rangers news, Alan Rough has predicted the score for the game against Celtic.
