Jamie O’Hara backs Rangers to beat Celtic in Viaplay Cup final with Ryan Kent to score
Jamie O’Hara is ultra-confident that Rangers will beat Celtic in the Viaplay Cup final and believes Ryan Kent will score in the big clash this weekend.
O’Hara believes if Rangers can nick the Cup final it will say a lot about Michael Beale’s management in what will be a “huge” game for both teams.
The TalkSPORT pundit confessed that he thinks Rangers will win it in extra time and picked Kent to bag the winner on the day at Hampden.

“It’s a huge game, massive game, everyone loves these games, and I think it’s probably the biggest rivalry in the world. Both teams are in really good form, Michael Beale’s gone in there, and Rangers are flying,” said O’Hara Speaking to Grosvenor Sport, as quoted by the Daily Record. (24 February)
“Celtic are flying, no one has let up, and I think it’s going to be a brilliant game to watch. I think Michael Beale coming in when he has at Rangers, they’re a little too far behind to catch Celtic in the league, but next season the league title is going to be up for grabs for sure.
“I think Celtic win the league this season, but if Rangers can nick the Scottish League Cup final, that says a lot about Michael Beale. If he comes straight in and wins a trophy it’ll be interesting to see how the future pans out.
“I can’t wait to watch it, it’s a massive one, and I’m going to go with Rangers. Rangers to win it in extra-time, how about that? Ryan Kent scores, it will be 1-1, and then Ryan Kent bags the winner.”

Popcorn ready.
With both Rangers and Celtic absolutely flying at the minute, the Viaplay Cup final clash promises to be a fiery and hotly contested affair.
The result of the game could literally go anyway right now and it’s tough to predict what the outcome will be in the fixture.
O’Hara’s prediction could be a bit far-fetched, however, an injury-time win against Celtic would be extremely sweet and no fan of the Light Blues would be opposed to that.
Beale has faced some scrutiny recently, for his comments about Chris Sutton and his touchline antics against Partick Thistle in the Scottish Cup.
Getting the win over the line on Sunday would be the perfect answer for Beale to his critics and could be the swing needed to get Rangers back on par with Celtic.
Ange Postecoglou’s men are running away with the Scottish Premiership, so the Viaplay Cup and Scottish Cup will be the Gers’ best chances at silverware this campaign.
