Chris Sutton breaks silence after Rangers boss Michael Beale brands him Chelsea’s worst ever player

Chris Sutton has responded to Rangers manager Michael Beale’s comments that branded him the worst player in Chelsea history.

The former Celtic striker had stayed quiet until now but took to Twitter on Friday morning to address the comments.

Beale went on record to say that he wanted to forget the individual and that’s why he did not even care to mention the name of Sutton.

He responded on Twitter, “The dog barks but the caravan keeps moving on?”

Rattled him

Beale’s comments surely rattled Sutton and he’s taken to Twitter to respond to them and it’s a very mild response in comparison.

The Rangers manager called him out and absolutely obliterated him and this is nothing compared to that.

Hopefully, Sutton has learnt his lesson and will think twice before bringing up Rangers randomly in any conversation as he cannot seem to get the club out of his mind.

Rangers

He perhaps thinks about Rangers more than Celtic, Chelsea or any of the clubs he played for in the past.

We’re delighted that Beale called him out even though he’s the manager of the biggest club in the land as he’s sending out a clear message and pointing out the sheer bias in his punditry.

We expect this to end unless Beale is questioned about it again and it then all depends on whether or not he’s going to continue this war of words with Sutton.

In other Rangers news, the club are in line for a multi-million windfall from the Premier League after a £10m Auchenhowie milestone was reached.
