Rangers and Norwich sign contracts for Todd Cantwell with transfer now done – Fabrizio Romano
Rangers and Norwich City are now signing contracts for the transfer of Todd Cantwell in January, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Italian journalist has reported that the deal is now “done” with an agreement in place for all of the details ahead of his move to Ibrox this month.
Cantwell will now undergo his medical and sign his contract within 48 hours before the announcement comes if everything goes to plan in Glasgow.

Writing on his personal Twitter account, Romano shared the huge news as the Bears look set to close in on their first new signing of the January window.
“Rangers and Norwich are now signing contracts for Todd Cantwell deal, it’s done — agreement in place on all the details,” he wrote.
“Cantwell will undergo medical tests and sign the contract within 48h if all goes to plan.”
Here We Go.
This is the one that we have all been waiting for after days and weeks of transfer speculation.
Cantwell was the first name to appear with links to the club, and Michael Beale looks to have secured his first big transfer since becoming manager of the Bears.
Romano is never far off the pulse with this information, so expect the medical and contract signing to be done promptly before a potential announcement over the weekend.
With Tom Lawrence injured and doubts over the future of Ryan Kent, creativity in midfield was critical at Ibrox and that has been addressed straight away.
We have seen Ross Wilson take detours and strengthen other areas of the squad that don’t even need it in the past, so it is good to see him kept on the straight and narrow by Beale.
Cantwell will be expected to make an immediate impact, and that is something we can’t wait for.
In other Rangers news, the club are now fancying their chances of major a January transfer after Fabrizio Romano’s update with a move on the cards.
