Todd Cantwell considers offer from Rangers, eyes Norwich City exit
Norwich City attacking midfielder Todd Cantwell is considering an offer from Rangers as he eyes an exit from Carrow Road in January, as reported by Sky Sports.
The 24-year-old is out of contract in the summer window, and David Wagner has granted the midfielder permission to seek a new club.
A host of clubs including Rangers have made an offer for his signature, and now the decision rests on him.

Michael Beale was full of praise for Cantwell and hailed him as “excellent” last week [Sky Sports]. Sky Sports report that Cantwell has held positive talks with Rangers already and favours a move to Ibrox.
Hope for the best
Cantwell will be a terrific addition to the Gers, and let’s hope he chose Rangers over others.
He spent all his life at Carrow Road and has made over 120 appearances for the club. He has got Premier League experience as well and would add tremendous depth and quality to the side.
In recent years, Cantwell has struggled to maintain consistency and form, and Norwich don’t want to extend his deal at the club. Probably a change in scenery would help him recapture his best form.

Ibrox can be an attractive option for him. He can play in European games and can help the side win trophies. But at the same time, he could decide to stay in England and continue his career in the Championship as well.
Cantwell is a luxury attacking midfielder who is not known for putting in a lot of defensive shifts, something managers want from wingers these days. But he can find key passes and has the ability to score as well.
In other Rangers news, the Gers are expected to sign this “World Cup star” in January.
