St. Johnstone fans left disgusted after Rangers news emerges this week
St. Johnstone fans have been left outraged by recent developments involving stand space being given to Rangers for their Scottish Cup clash.
The Perth side host Gers on January 21 in the fourth round in what promises to be a feisty affair after the club’s questionable decision.
Actor and diehard St.Johnstone fan Colin McCredie hit out on Twitter and lambasted his club as a “disgrace” for the prices of tickets for the fixture and favourable seating arrangements for the Gers.

“£30, you are having a laugh?” said the disgruntled actor as quoted by The Courier.
“A disgrace. Will not be going.”

Not on.
Despite this being something that would hand Rangers a massive advantage, it’s simply giving the Gers an unfair edge in the away fixture.
The price of the tickets is one thing but then to award the Gers three of their stands seems like a ludicrous decision obviously motivated by money.
And whilst Scottish Cup clashes like this a huge cash cows for the smaller club’s in the Scottish Premiership, it’s still unfair on the supporters and team to do this.
And it seems the Scottish actor McCreadie isn’t alone in his disgruntlement, a huge mob of angry St. Johnstone fans have also taken to Twitter to raise their concerns.
In the modern game, taking to social media platforms is one of the only ways to get your point across and hopefully the St, Johnstone fans are heard in this one.
Causing your own team’s detriment for the sake of some extra pounds is far from classy and pretty much sums up the greed in the upper echelons of the game.
In other Rangers news, a £5million twist has emerged in Southampton’s bid to sign Ryan Kent.
