Official club partner reacts immediately to Michael Beale Rangers January transfer reveal

Official Rangers partner “Heart and Hand podcast” are delighted by Michael Beale’s latest transfer admission that he wants to sign players for the starting lineup.

The Gers signed seven first-team players in the summer window but several of them have struggled to make an impact of any kind at Ibrox and have left the team still needing to be strengthened.

But with new manager Beale admitting he doesn’t want more squad players at the club and is only interested in signing first-team starting players during the January window, the club’s partners admitted that they agree entirely and believe it is “key” to being successful again.

“This is key, we can’t get another batch of guys to come good in 18-24 months and worry about resale value,” they wrote on their Twitter account (30 December).

“Right now we need players to go in, play and be good pretty much straight away.”

Needed

Rangers need strengthening if we’re going to really compete with Celtic over the next 18 months, and that means making our starting lineup stronger.

Currently our key players are either not as good as theirs or on their way out of the club, with the likes of Alfredo Morelos and Ryan Kent out of contract and Glen Kamara’s future up in the air.

We need a big overhaul and that means money must be spent but also it means that they have to be the right players, and not just anyone who can fit into the squad.

Big decisions need to be made on the future of elder players, and Beale must be ruthless, but it seems as though he is willing to do exactly that with what he’s saying.

The more he speaks, the more he seems like he was the right man for the job after all and Rangers fans can continue to be excited about what the future holds under his leadership.
