Rangers could make over £6m profit if they spark transfer bidding war for Glen Kamara in January
Rangers could look to capitalise on the interest shown in Glen Kamara in the January transfer window and perhaps even spark a bidding war for him.
The Finland international’s future has been hanging up in the air all season and he was even linked with the exit door in the summer.
The Times reported earlier in December that Nantes were preparing a £6million bid for the 27-year-old in order to sign him when the window opens.

However, now the number of teams that are keen on securing his services has increased remarkably and it’s understood that as many as 10 teams in France now want to sign him. [Foot Mercato]
For Gers, who were already getting a decent fee from Nantes, they can now look to make the most of it and sell him him for even more money.
In January 2019, they signed him for a paltry £50,000 and they’re now in line to make a profit of over £6million after just four years.
Ross Wilson, who has come under tremendous scrutiny in the past, now has the opportunity to redeem himself by selling Kamara for a significant profit and then giving Michael Beale the tools to strengthen his first team.
Signings are needed in January and the club cannot keep hiding behind the lack of funds.
If they are serious about becoming the best team in Scotland again, they’ve got to back the manager who’s already respected by the fans as well as the dressing room.
We will not be surprised if Kamara is offered to most French clubs with Rangers selling him to the highest bidder.
In other Rangers news, the club are now fancying their chances of major a January transfer after Fabrizio Romano’s update with a move on the cards.
