Rangers rubber-stamp multi-million pound Ibrox upgrade – Chris Jack
Rangers have reportedly rubber-stamped a multi-million-pound refurbishment of Ibrox to improve their facilities for disabled supporters.
According to The Herald journalist Chris Jack [5 December], supporters and shareholders will be given the initial ideas of the “radical” plans when they meet in Glasgow on Tuesday, 6 December, for the RIFC plc Annual General Meeting.
Making this change was understood to be a priority as it was one of the key talking points in the AGM last year.

Good move
Rangers are making a significant move in the right direction and we could not be happier for everyone who benefits from this.
Nobody should face struggles in any aspect of their matchday experience and if it means shelling out millions, then so be it.
Gers are supposed to prioritise the fans first and this has been an important aspect for at least the past year so it’s good to see the board getting to it eventually.
There’s understood to be a ribbon cutting soon to commemorate the opening of the launch and it’s certainly something worth being proud of.
The fans will also be given a chance to quiz the club about some of their decisions and we’ll be keeping a close eye on what the officials choose to say and how they frame it.
There certainly is plenty the board members do that many of the fans do not agree with and having them being held accountable for it is the right way forward.
In other Rangers news, Ross Wilson is put on high alert as a “Magnificent” midfielder is now prepared to leave his club in the January transfer window amid Ibrox links.
