Rangers need Leon Balogun back at Ibrox amid growing injury concerns
Leon Balogun was allowed to leave Rangers in the summer but he could easily be somebody Michael Beale wants back at Ibrox in January.
The new Light Blues manager signed the Nigerian international on a free transfer at Queens Park Rangers and has been selecting him in the team for much of his tenure at the Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium.
But he has now left London to return to Glasgow and according to the Daily Record, some fans think Balogun could do the same when the January transfer window opens.

The 34-year-old was left out of the R’s squad for a recent friendly and with Beale returning to Rangers in the meantime, supporters now believe he could be heading with his former manager to Glasgow.
It might seem like a backwards step for the Light Blues but considering the injury nightmare at Auchenhowie right now, it might be the most inspired bit of business the club can do in January.
Connor Goldson, John Souttar and Filip Helander are all out long-term which has left Leon King and Ben Davies to play every single game during what turned out to be the end of Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s reign.

It was the Dutchman who sent Balogun packing in the summer having already signed Souttar on a pre-contract agreement but he couldn’t have foreseen his layoff coming.
With Beale at the wheel, the door may have reopened for the Nigerian international and if a deal can be made without too much financial outlay then it is certainly worth doing.
The squad is screaming out for some experience at the moment to settle the ship and he is the man to do just that.
In other Rangers news, this Auchenhowie teenager is attracting the eyes of Premier League giants as the club get desperate to hold onto him.
