Rangers ace Alfredo Morelos now on three-man transfer shortlist with Giovanni van Bronckhorst pulling strings to sell him

Rangers striker Alfredo Morelos is now reportedly on a three-man shortlist at Fenerbahce as he has decided to seal his exit from Ibrox.

According to Fanatik [16 November], the other two names on their list are Moussa Dembele and Luis Muriel as they’re eyeing major striking reinforcements.

However, Morelos is the third priority for the Europa League side and they will only attempt to sign him if they fail to sign either of them.

Sell as soon as possible

Giovanni van Bronckhorst has already offered the Colombian to Fenerbahce so it’s pretty clear he sees no future for him at the club.

Given how well Antonio Colak has begun life at Ibrox, replacing Morelos may not even need to be the first priority.

Other areas of the pitch need instant upgrades if Rangers are to muster up any sort of a title charge this season with Celtic running away with the league.

With only six months left on Morelos’ deal, any transfer fee for him will be a bonus and this is something that should’ve been done in the summer.

As usual, Ross Wilson has let the side down in the window and the price will eventually be paid by the manager for not having a competitive side on paper.

He must now do whatever he can to ensure that Morelos is sold in January and not allowed to run out his contract until the end of the season.

In other Rangers news, a four-time league winner is likely to want to replace Giovanni van Bronckhorst and may even throw his CV into the mix after a major recent development.
