Kenny Miller delivers damning verdict on Rangers transfer blunder
Kenny Miller has blasted Rangers for not replacing some of their biggest stars in the summer transfer window as their season goes from bad to worst.
The former Rangers man believes that losing players like Joe Aribo and Calvin Bassey this season was very hard and the club are suffering because of it.
Speaking on the BBC Sounds Scottish Football Podcast, Miller admitted losing a player like Aribo was a “big loss” for Rangers and the club have lost their togetherness from last season.

“He’s a big loss (Aribo), that’s why Southampton paid £8-10m for him,” said Miller.
“These guys have not been replaced, that togetherness that took Rangers all the way (to the Europa League final) last season isn’t there anymore.
“They are suffering.”

Change.
Rangers need change at Ibrox desperately and this must start with finding a new head coach.
Giovanni van Bronckhorst has taken the club as far as he can, injuries aren’t an excuse to be dropping points to St. Johnstone and St. Mirren within a month.
It’s baffling to think Rangers still haven’t made a decision on his future, it’s plain to see that he’s lost the trust of the fans and players.
Some clarity from the Gers hierarchy would be welcomed, the longer this mess continues the more points Rangers will drop when domestic action returns.
It literally feels like they are throwing away the season at this point and it’s frustrating, to say the least.
It’s likely that the compensation package the board would have to pay van Bronckhorst and his team is causing a major stumbling block.
As ever, things aren’t easy at Ibrox, but everyone knows what the next move is to take.
In other Rangers news, the future of this Ibrox defender is in doubt after what a source close to him said.
