Andy Walker thrilled by Rangers winger Ryan Kent v St Mirren
Andy Walker has lavished praise on Ryan Kent for his excellent performance for Rangers in their Scottish Premiership game against St Mirren on Saturday (12 November).
In the 40the minute of the game, Kent created a brilliant opportunity inside the box, and probably Glen Kamara should have done better.
Walker has hailed Kent as “brilliant” while commentating on Sky Sports. Kent was lively throughout the game as Rangers lose further ground in the race after managing a 1-1 draw.

“Brilliant feet from Kent outside the box to set up the chance,” said Walker on Sky Sports.
“Quick close control, the lay-off with the left and again, Kamara, can he not have a pop himself?”
Disastrous
Kent was one of the bright sparks for the Bears in the first-half, but there’s hardly anything to feel happy about at the moment.
As usual, Rangers enjoyed loads of possession, but they couldn’t create enough clear-cut chances.
This has been the recurrent theme for the Gers this season – they are lacking the cutting edge.
Kent had put in a solid defensive shift at times and looked lively on the left-hand side. In the second half, he was the one who was trying to create something for his side.

He delivered some brilliant deliveries in the second half and had an effort saved by Trevor Carson.
Moments later, he picked up the ball and hurried into the box then somehow fired high and wide.
Rangers players looked up to him to come up with one moment of individual brilliance. Kent won the penalty from which James Tavernier scored.
It was an excellent performance from him, but he needed more support from other players.
In other Rangers news, the Gers are ready to bid £5million to beat Celtic to the signing of one of their long-term targets.
