Predicted Rangers starting XI v Hearts as Giovanni van Bronckhorst on the verge sack

Rangers welcome Hearts to Ibrox on Wednesday 9th November in the Scottish Premiership as Giovanni van Bronckhorst faces severe pressure to save his job.

The Dutchman is still in charge in Govan despite that 2-1 loss at St Johnstone, but another defeat could certainly spell the end for him as his lives run out.

With speculation continuing to rise around Ibrox, there could be many changes made with big calls to make as the current squad fails miserably.

Rangers

Allan McGregor will continue in goal, and he will be looking to take home a much-needed clean sheet as he must surely start to get frustrated with those around him.

James Tavernier and Borna Barisic will keep their places too, more out of the lack of options available rather than their performances of late – which have not been good enough.

Leon King will be taken out of the firing line with Ben Davies and James Sands completing the back four, with the experience needed to control and dictate the game.

Rangers

John Lundstram will be axed, with the footage of his cowardly display in Perth enough to take anyone out of the side, as Steven Davis comes in to start.

Glen Kamara will finally get another start since his injury disrupted start to the season, with Scott Arfield also coming in with the likes of Malik Tillman axed.

The final change will see Rabbi Matondo come in for Fashion Sakala after he caused havoc the last time we took on Hearts and left with an easy three points.

Ryan Kent will keep his spot as expected, even if he fails to deliver with Antonio Colak leading the line with no real competition behind him from Alfredo Morelos.

Here’s how we expect the Bears to line up…
