Ross Wilson has some cheek as he watches his own Rangers failures fall yet again v St Johnstone

Rangers crashed to their latest defeat in the Scottish Premiership against St Johnstone on Sunday 6th November, in yet another embarrassing display.

Giovanni van Bronckhorst is coasting towards the sack as he once again got his team selection wildly wrong and was exposed in the 2-1 loss.

To make matters worst for the Dutchman, the likes of Ross Wilson and Stewart Robertson were pictured in Perth to take in the action live from the stands.

This doesn’t take away from the fact that the board themselves have made monumental errors.

Wilson is one of those who has some cheek to show his face right now, with his appearance another chance for him to watch his own shocking failures at Ibrox.

After selling Calvin Bassey and Joe Aribo, the money was thrown down the drain to bring in the likes of Malik Tillman and Ben Davies, who simply are not good enough to win games consistently both domestically and in Europe.

Then we have the same players featuring week in and week out that were at Ibrox years ago, simply coasting along and making no impact whatsoever.

Look at the bench yesterday, Alfredo Morelos has not been interested all year and the likes of Scott Arfield and Scott Wright just are not good enough.

Shocking.

We hate to do this but look at Celtic and what they have done.

Ange Postecoglou has brought in players who can make an instant impact like Reo Hatate and Kyogo, compared to Wilson who has simply thrown a little bit of money and hoped something stuck.

Ridvan Yilmaz took months to appear, John Souttar was injury prone before we pinned our hopes on him and we are still seeing the likes of Ryan Kent relied on to try and get a result each week.

How can we keep on going in this manner? If Wilson’s work was compared to a manager getting results, he would have a spectacular fail rate and likely be sacked.

People need to be held accountable, especially those in high places and Wilson simply had a large amount of cheek to watch his own failures in person on Sunday.

Rangers are being burnt to the ground quickly by those who are meant to have the best interest at heart, something that has not been the case for far too long now.

It’s time for changes, and huge ones at that.
