Rangers confirmed starting line-up v St Johnstone: Scott Arfield dropped
Giovanni van Bronckhorst has named a strong Rangers starting line-up against St Johnstone at McDiarmid Park on Sunday (6 November) in the Scottish Premiership.
The Bears are heading into this game on the back of a 3-1 defeat against Ajax in the Champions League in midweek.
Via Twitter, the Bears have shared the playing eleven for this game.
Giovanni van Bronckhorst has made just one change from the side that lost against Ajax. Scott Arfield has been replaced by Jon Lundstram.
Three points
The Bears can now look forward to their domestic campaign, and their only focus should be to close the gap with Celtic at the earliest.
The European campaign has been a disaster. They not only failed to pick up a point from their group but they hold the ignominy of being the worst ever performer in the group stages.
Van Bronckhorst is under tremendous pressure to keep his job, and Rangers are on a tightrope here.

The gap with Celtic is four points already, and they cannot afford to drop further points at the moment. The Gers have to win all their matches and hope the Bhoys will drop some along the way.
The Dutchman has indicated that he may need to delve into the January market for reinforcement, but that’s for later. Against St Johnstone, it should be an easy victory, and let’s hope they can do it in style.
In other Rangers news, Nicola Sturgeon has been called out amid a worrying recent development at Ibrox.
