John Lundstram raves about Rangers forward Malik Tillman
John Lundstram has showered heaps of praise on Rangers forward Malik Tillman and has urged the fans to back him after their win against Aberdeen.
The Bears earned a 4-1 win in the Scottish Premiership clash at Ibrox, after coming from behind. Tillman was excellent today, and Lundstram hailed him as “phenomenal”.
Lundstram has further suggested that Tillman is “one of the best” talents he has seen.
“He is massive. He is a young kid. People need to stay beside him. People need to lift and encourage him,” said Lundstram after the game, as shared by Rangers Review.
“He’s phenomenal. His talent is one of the best I’ve seen!”
Superb
Tillman was brilliant against Aberdeen today. He was at his creative best and was involved in almost every attack against the Dons.
The 20-year-old also provided an assist to cap off a wonderful performance as the Bears picked up all three points to put pressure on Celtic.
The youngster joined in the summer transfer window from Bayern Munich on loan. He has shown his qualities in flashes but has received sticks from the fans for being inconsistent at times.
The expectations are very high at Ibrox, and Tillman certainly has the talent to shine here.
The victory today will take the pressure off Van Bronckhorst, and the Gers now need to build on it. They can’t drop further points.
The performances in Europe have been really poor but the Dutchman won’t be judged on it. It’s the result in the league that matters, and the victory today should give them a lot of confidence.
