Rangers to demand £6.1m for Ridvan Yilmaz who makes transfer decision
Ridvan Yilmaz is not overly keen to leave Rangers in January as the club have now set an asking price for interested clubs, according to Fanatik.
The 21-year-old started for the first time in several games on Wednesday as the Light Blues edged past Dundee in the Premier Sports Cup courtesy of a Steven Davis strike.
He has been the number two at Ibrox since his summer arrival from Besiktas behind Borna Barisic and some Turkish Super League clubs were hoping to take him on loan as a result.

Galatasaray and Trabzonspor both earmarked Yilmaz as a player they wanted to sign but Fanatik claim that he “did not react positively” to the interest from teams in his homeland.
He wants to stay in Glasgow and make things work at Rangers who are not likely to accept any offers for him under £6.1million and especially not loan moves from the Turkish contingent.
Potential
Giovanni van Bronckhorst has been content to leave Yilmaz out of the starting lineup for the majority of the season while Barisic takes the place but he can’t keep doing that for too long.
The Turkish international has a very high ceiling in football but while the Croatian is selected ahead of him, then that will quickly drop to a less-than-impressive standard.

He seems very keen to stay at Rangers and further himself in Scottish football so now is the time for the manager to give him the backing he needs.
Playing the odd cup match against lower-league opposition is not going to be enough for him to settle into the team and develop properly no matter how much van Bronckhorst wants that to be the case.
If Barisic returns for the Livingston clash on Saturday (22 October) then Yilmaz has to make a big fuss to the manager and demand that he plays more often because he is no worse if not better than the Croatian.
In other Rangers news, this Ibrox teenager rejected a mega-money move to the Premier League as a 16-year-old to stay in Glasgow.
