Jamie O’Hara makes Rangers-Celtic title prediction
Jamie O’Hara has suggested that Rangers are “miles off” Celtic and they will not win the SPFL title this season under Giovanni van Bronckhorst.
The TalkSPORT pundit said in a chat for Grosvenor Sport (via Football Scotland) that the Dutchman is more suited to European football, and he doubts whether he will ever win the Scottish Premiership.
He further adds that Ange Postecoglou is the “real deal” at Celtic which has “killed him”.

“Rangers won’t stop Celtic this season, they’re miles off,” said O’Hara.
“I don’t think Van Bronckhorst will ever win the Scottish title.
“He’s more suited to European football. He’s a European manager that sets his team up like a European side.
“When they play in Scotland they struggle. Ange is the real deal at Celtic and that’s killed him.”
Bold
It’s true that Celtic have been relentless in the domestic circuit under Postecoglou and they deservedly won the league last season.
In fact, their defeat to St Mirren before the international break was the first in nearly a year.
Van Bronckhorst replaced Steven Gerrard last season and did really well. While the Bears failed to successfully defend their title, they did reach the final of the Europa League.
The Dutchman also won the Scottish Cup as Rangers did end the season with silverware.

O’Hara has made a very bold prediction here. Rangers do need to be more consistent this season in the league, but they have got a very good manager at the helm.
The Bears also have a solid squad that is more than capable of challenging Celtic all the way to the end.
Rangers have made a stuttering start to the season, but they are just two points behind the Bhoys at the moment.
Definitely, Van Bronckhorst’s side can win the title this season, but they need to be more consistent.
In other Rangers news, Scottish newspapers have reacted to Ryan Jack’s “wasteful” return to the national team versus Ukraine.
