Aston Villa on high alert as Rangers may cash in on Glen Kamara
Aston Villa and Steven Gerrard are reportedly keeping tabs on Rangers midfielder Glen Kamara ahead of the January window.
According to TEAMtalk, Leeds United are unlikely to make a move for the Finland international, having been linked with him over the summer.
They have signed two more midfielders in Tyler Adams and Marc Roca and the ship appears to have sailed in terms of their interest in the 26-year-old.

Gerrard reunion?
All signs here are pointing towards a reunion with Gerrard at Villa Park.
Kamara played some of his best football under the tutelage of the Liverpool legend in Scotland and he will be looking to bring the best out of him in the Premier League as well.
Given his erratic form under Giovanni van Bronckhorst, Gers may not even look to stand in his way and a transfer could be on the cards.
He’s still relatively young so they can demand decent money and possibly even an eight-figure fee for his services.
Knowing Gerrard, he could demand Villa sign him and the fact that they’ve got billionaire owners would make it easier to get more from them.
This will be perfect for Rangers as they will sell someone who isn’t that highly rated either and will manage to get money to strengthen in other areas of the pitch.
An absolute win win and Ross Wilson needs to accept this decision as it will benefit the club a great deal.
In other Rangers news, the club now had a record-breaking striker on trial at Ibrox and he’s gone on to make headlines in the United Kingdom.
