Stranger things have happened as Rangers could still seal new late transfer
Stranger things have happened as Rangers could still seal a late new signing on deadline day despite conflicting reports, according to Fraser Fletcher.
It has been widely reported now that the Bears are said to have finished their transfer business this summer with no new faces expected to come in.
Fletcher has reported that things can change, especially on deadline day which suggested that new arrivals can not be 100% ruled out in Govan.

Writing on his personal Twitter account, Fletcher shared that although business is expected to be done, something could pop up in the final few hours at Ibrox.
“Rangers transfer business is finished for this window,” he wrote.
“However, things change and who knows what can happen between now and the deadline, stranger things have happened.”
Fingers Crossed.
Could we still see something happen?
The disappointment surrounding social media after the news spread this afternoon was dramatic and proves that everyone believed we needed more arrivals.
Another midfielder and even a striker had been mooted, so to go from that to nothing is a real kick in the teeth and something that was never going to go down well.
Ross Wilson is never sat doing nothing though, and with money in the bank, we are surely only ever minutes away from something happening if he is on the case.
Things can change immediately, and if another club brings someone in, it could start the domino effect and make someone available that we want to sign.
Of course, as things stand, we are expecting literally nothing, but with some younger players moving on such as Stephen Kelly, there is another space in the squad should something pop up.
You would still be silly to go to bed before midnight this evening with anything possible.
