Wholesale changes to be made, Leon King and Adam Devine to start – Rangers predicted XI v Queen of the South
Rangers are likely to make wholesale changes on Tuesday night when they begin their quest to win the Scottish League Cup against Queen of the South at Ibrox.
The Gers earned a dominant 4-0 win in the Scottish Premiership over Ross County on Saturday after their triumphant Champions League mission over PSV Eindhoven in midweek.
After the game Giovanni van Bronckhorst confirmed there would be changes to the team to give the players a rest amid a hectic schedule, but who is likely to play? Ibrox News takes a look..

In goal Jon McLaughlin was the cup goalkeeper last year but he has now established himself as the number one, meaning veteran Allan McGregor should see his first action of the season in this game.
In defence James Tavernier and Connor Goldson have started every game so far this season and are likely to be given the night off, allowing for two academy stars to step into the side.
Leon King came on as a half-time substitute at the weekend and didn’t put a foot wrong so should start at centre-back, while Adam Devine could get the nod at right-back in place of the skipper.
Alongside them Ben Davies should be fit enough to return and get some more minutes under his belt, while Ridvan Yilmaz should make his first start since joining the club in the summer from Besiktas.
In midfield the boss is likely to go with experience to get some minutes into his players, with Steven Davis coming off a goal at the weekend and Ryan Jack who hasn’t featured since the 2-2 draw with Hibernian in what was only his third appearance of the season.
Ahead of them, the boss has got plenty of options. The in-form Tom Lawrence and Malik Tillman are likely to be given rests after their constant involvement since their summer transfers.

Rabbi Matondo and Scott Wright have had occasional action over the season but both should start out wide to provide pace and a goal threat, while also allowing first-team regulars to rest.
In the number ten position Scott Arfield should come into his preferred role for more minutes, especially with youngster Alex Lowry being out injured after the horror tackle he received for the B team.
Up front Antonio Colak is sure to be rested, but with Alfredo Morelos’ place in the squad still up in the air amid concerns over his fitness and attitude he will miss out through suspension.
That should allow for Fashion Sakala to get the nod in attack, with Kemar Roofe still out injured.
