Glen Kamara misses Rangers v Hibs due to transfer speculation as bid lined up for Finland ace
OGC Nice are preparing a bid for Rangers midfielder Glen Kamara after he missed Saturday’s 2-2 draw at Hibernian, according to 90min.
The news outlet claims that Kamara, 26, missed the Easter Road stalemate “because of the ongoing uncertainty surrounding his future”.
Brighton, Salernitana and Besiktas have also shown interest while Galatasaray are said to have tabled two bids for the Finland international.

According to 90min, Nice are now lining up a bid for Kamara.
Really?
Ian Crocker seemed to think that Kamara missed the draw at Hibs with a stomach bug so it’s hard to believe he was completely left out due to transfer speculation.
There’s been speculation hanging over the futures of many Rangers players in recent seasons but they’ve never been left out of a side due to it.
And if that was the case with Kamara, we assume someone more reputable with closer Ibrox sources would know something about his absence being transfer related.
Truth be told, Kamara isn’t the player for Rangers he once was.

A number of his teammates have overtaken him in the pecking order for Giovanni van Bronckhorst so the ship has probably sailed for him in terms of getting a big move for big money.
Kamara still has three years left on his contract so we’re not worried about having to sell him this summer.
But for maximum value, it might be better to offload him sooner rather than later because his game-time is properly waning.
In other Rangers news, this Ibrox star has been dubbed as a realistic late summer signing for Aston Villa.
