Ryan Kent can become Rangers legend if he rejects Premier League move this summer
Ryan Kent has seen his career go on an upwards trajectory ever since he signed for Rangers back in 2018 on an initial season-long loan from Liverpool.
Steven Gerrard worked hard to bring in the talented winger after working with him in the Melwood Academy down south, and he took to Scottish Premiership football like a duck to water.
Eventually he became a regular starter, and now under Giovanni van Bronckhorst he is the first name on the team sheet in the attack whenever a big game comes around for the club.

But as the summer transfer window prepares to open after a magical campaign in Glasgow that saw them lift the Scottish Cup trophy and reach the Europa League final, the team is now privvy to be being picked apart by richer clubs.
And naturally, that means Kent has been linked with a move away from the club with a host of Premier League clubs reportedly interested in taking him back down south.
But the ‘sensational’ winger, as described by Gerrard, could cement himself as a Gers legend if he followed in the footsteps of Connor Goldson and signed a new deal with the club.
Kent is 25-years-old and is about to enter the final 12 months of his deal at Ibrox, meaning there will likely never be a better time or chance for him to leave and make a splash in England.
Any transfer fee would end up being discounted because of his contract status, and he’s at an age where he can still improve and really explode if nurtured correctly.
But that is still possible in Scotland and with Rangers, as he showed in the Europa League campaign last year. He was a consistently dangerous performer, always the main target of the opposition defence.

Yet he was able to deliver regularly and was unlucky to be on the losing side in Seville, where his pace and dribbling were excellent and a threat throughout.
The club have proven they can compete on the continent and for titles. It’s not often that a player gets to be part of a club side that does that regularly and be a key part of that. Kent is in exactly that position.
After being part of an invincible squad that won a 55th league title and then reaching a European Cup final, there is no limit on what Kent can achieve with the club.
Reject a move down south, where you’ll just end up being another cog in a bloated squad that goes under the radar, and instead make yourself a legend at the best club in the world.
In other Rangers news, the club are said to be battling with some PL sides for a free agent signing
