Rangers must go all out to sign Gareth Bale as Sky Sports share Real Madrid farewell
Rangers are already hard at work planning their squad for next season as they look to snatch back the Scottish Premiership title from Celtic.
Big reshuffles are expected with the likes of Connor Goldson set for the exit, and Aaron Ramsey returning to Juventus where his contract will likely expire.
Another top Welshman who is set to become available is Gareth Bale, with Spanish outlet SPORT reporting back in April that the Bears could make a move for the winger.

This would be a sensational move.
Available on a free, some would question whether Bale would be attainable given his £554,000-a-week wages at the Bernabeu but there is no chance of him earning that again [Daily Mail].
Cardiff have also been credited with an interest in what could be the final move of his career, so those wages will drop considerably wherever he ends up this summer.
That also puts the ball in Rangers’ court given that they can offer much better money than the struggling Championship side and can also offer one last crack at European football.
Sky Sports shared footage of the Welsh wizard saying his farewell to the Madrid crowd whilst celebrating their latest Champions League win, meaning that it is now game on.

Global Superstar.
Wow, just imagine this for a moment.
Bale arriving at Ibrox would make the Ramsey deal look simply minuscule.
The winger has proved that he still has what it takes, smashing it on loan at Spurs last season and it looks as though he is now ready for that last move before retirement.
Would he rather play in the Championship every week with Cardiff at places such as Rotherham, or would he like the chance to play in Europe and win numerous pieces of silverware?
We know which we’d prefer, but it all depends on his desire to return home.
There is nothing quite like the Rangers faithful at Ibrox, and one quick phone call with Ramsey or chat during this latest international break could see his mind made up.
It is time to make the move, all eyes are on Ross Wilson now.
In other Rangers news, One 25-year-old could now be deemed as surplus to requirements at Ibrox this season
