Fulham and Borussia Dortmund want to sign Rangers defender Calvin Bassey, £9million may get it done – report
Fulham and Borussia Dortmund want to sign Rangers defensive enforcer Calvin Bassey this summer, according to Lahcen Senhaji.
The journalist, as shared by Homme du Match, has reported that the English side have already seen a £3.5million offer rejected after their promotion to the Premier League.
It is said that £9million could get it done for the Nigerian, but Dortmund are yet to put any money on the table to rival any upcoming bids at Ibrox.

Writing on his personal Twitter account, Senhaji shared the latest surrounding the future of the breakthrough defender after shining heavily this year.
“After rejecting a £3.5million offer from Fulham for Calvin Bassey, Rangers may accept the new £9million one.
“Borussia Dortmund are also interested but no concrete offer yet.”
Never.
This is one of those that simply cannot be allowed to happen.
We are already likely to lose Connor Goldson, and with question marks also surrounding Leon Balogun, Bassey has to be set for a leading role next season.
Giovanni van Bronckhorst has thrown the young defender into the heart of his back four rather than on the left, and that switch has done miracles for them both.
With John Souttar arriving, there would be a perfect mix of pace, height, power and dominance at the back if he can stay fit alongside Bassey throughout the season.
As well as that, the bids mentioned are simply embarrassing.
If we can get basically double that for Nathan Patterson, a young defender who is playing far more consistently than he was, has to be going for a similar price.
Ross Wilson can’t be bullied by either Fulham or Dortmund, and it may be smart to get a new contract out ready for Bassey with a much-deserved pay rise.
