German media stunned by Rangers win v RB Leipzig in Europa League

Rangers pulled off a sensational win against RB Leipzig on Thursday evening to reach the Europa League final.

The Bears went into the night 1-0 down on aggregate but smashed the Germans 3-1 to reach the final in two weeks’ time.

German media at Ibrox was stunned by the celebrations of the home crowd, as they nearly blew the roof off the stadium.

Joshua Barrie of the Rangers Review channel shared the reaction of the German media on his personal Twitter account.

“Visiting German media’s summation of the celebrations: That was like an earthquake.”

Wow.

You won’t find an atmosphere better around the world than Ibrox on a Europa League night.

So many clubs have come to Glasgow and were simply blown away by the team on the pitch, and the fans in every single seat.

We thought it couldn’t get more electric than the reaction to the first two goals, but when that John Lundstram winner found the back of the net, it was incredible.

This season could be one of our best ever, and we’re not even going to lift the Scottish Premiership, imagine that.

Imagine Celtic getting into the Champions League, but the Bears joining them by lifting this trophy, it would trump anything they have done in the past 14 years since our last big final.

That is embarrassing for them, and they haven’t even got close to a night or European run like this, let’s finish the job.

There is one more German team to stun, bring it on.
