Rangers set for broadcasting VIP treatment in RB Leipzig clash

talkSPORT are believed to be sending their top commentary team to Ibrox to cover the Rangers v RB Leipzig Europa League semi-final.

According to the Daily Record, Adrian Durham and his crew will travel to Scotland right after they’ve compared the Champions League clash between Manchester City and Real Madrid.

There will be play by play commentary and it will be live and exclusive from 7 pm on talkSPORT 2.

This is a European semi-final that is worth getting excited about.

BT Sport have covered it well to an extent this season, but this atmosphere inside Ibrox is going to be like no other.

Fans are going to be buzzing hours before the game even begins.

Rangers have it all to do after losing 1-0 in Germany, but they’ve achieved victory from the same situation against Braga.

Even then, they had to rely on their home fans to put in a shift as the 12th man and that’s undoubtedly going to happen this Thursday as well.

Hopefully, Giovanni van Bronckhorst has a plan on how to repeat that feat once again.

Leipzig aren’t going to be pushovers and will look to play the game on their own terms.

Hopefully, the stars in the Gers side shine on the night and take the club to their first European final in over a decade.

It will give the fans something to cheer about after what’s been an underwhelming campaign.

In other Rangers news, the club are ‘not convinced’ by a key first-team player and an early termination of his contract is extremely likely.
