Rangers urged to play ‘best player in league’ Aaron Ramsey more by BBC pundit
Aaron Ramsey’s Rangers career so far hasn’t been the smoothest of rides with injuries curtailing his road to nailing down a starting place at Ibrox.
His lack of games immediately after he joined had some fans questioning the decision to bring him to Glasgow but he has since featured more often and scored in the Old Firm derby defeat to Celtic.
BBC Scotland pundit Richard Foster still believes he is the best player in Scotland right now though and wants him to be given a good run of games to prove himself.

“I think to start with he’s been out with injuries, he’s struggled with his fitness,” Foster told the PLZ Football Show. “So you break him in gently, which they’ve done.
“He’s played 30 minutes here, 60 minutes there – building up his game time. I think now is the point where he should be ready, he should be match fit.
“And to be honest, he’s looked good in the games that he’s played. So go and play him.
“Go and give him a run of games and he will get better. Make no mistake, Aaron Ramsey is the best player in the league.
“He just needs to get himself up to that level he’s been at before.”
Enjoy him while he’s here
There is a ticking clock on Ramsey’s time in Glasgow and the likelihood is that it won’t be extended once it has run out and he will return to Turin to try and find a new move.

Given the extremely high wages he is earning with Juventus right now, of which Rangers are only paying a fraction, he is unlikely to want to severely decrease that income.
The Light Blues simply cannot afford anywhere near the astronomical salary the Welsh international is earning so he will surely head elsewhere next season.
So while we’ve got him at Ibrox, we need to take in every last drop of his talent and Giovanni van Bronckhorst should listen to Foster and play him in every game if at all possible.
He is the kind of player people turn up to see and he can’t keep disappointing by leaving him sitting on the bench, gathering dust.
In other Rangers news, this Gers loanee has been urged to quit Ibrox to play in a “softer” league.
