Tam McManus agrees with BBC man Tam Cowan, hits back at Rangers Australia cancellation
Tam McManus has hit back at Rangers after they decided to cancel their trip to Australia for the Sydney Cup on Thursday.
BBC journalist Tam Cowan labelled the decision as “bonkers” earlier in the day due to the financial loss it will bring.
McManus agreed in a fresh rant, and couldn’t wrap his head around why the decision was made despite fan outrage.

Writing on his personal Twitter account on Thursday evening [31 March], McManus was on the side of his fellow colleague on PLZ Soccer.
“Agree,” he said.
“Don’t get it, to be honest.”
Embarrassing.
This is, yet again, another opinion of someone who has no real connection with the club and knows what it means.
Rangers can play friendlies with any club in the world, but the Old Firm is one of those that is simply off-limits – everyone knows that.
McManus is one of those that always goes against the Bears, to be honest, and it doesn’t surprise us that he is in that camp again.
Rangers have earned serious windfall from their Europa League journey yet again, and if they win the Scottish Premiership, automatic qualification to the Champions League will secure even more money.
The financial implications of this trip to Australia will be minuscule in comparison to that, and we want to keep that rivalry on fire and smash them this weekend and in the cup.
Those games mean everything, this friendly means nothing.
