Charlie Nicholas piles pressure on Rangers ahead of Old Firm clash
Sky pundit Charlie Nicholas has piled the pressure on Rangers ahead of next week’s title-deciding Old Firm clash at Ibrox.
Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s side will be looking to restore their pride after the 3-0 hammering suffered against rivals Celtic last time out.
Nicholas claimed the involvement of Alfredo Morelos will be pivotal in who wins the game with the strikers’ fitness uncertain having suffered an injury whilst on international duty with Columbia.

He wrote in his Scottish Daily Express column: “Most of the pressure is on Rangers.
“It is not just about the three-point gap because even if Rangers were to win then Celtic would still be top on goal difference.
“It is how they were embarrassed at Celtic Park last time that will have stuck in their throats.
“For a period of the game, Celtic weren’t fabulous.
“You can also flashback to the chance Scott Arfield had at 1-0. These can be the thin-line margins.”
Nicholas added: “I can’t really separate these teams and if Rangers have Morelos then I can see it being a score draw, 2-2.”

Must win.
At the moment, every game feels like the biggest game of the season for Rangers because it is but none are bigger than Celtic, especially at the Ibrox.
They have to win every game from now until the end of the season in the league if they have any chance of usurping the Hoops at the top of the table.
Celtic sit three points ahead of the Light Blues whilst boasting a better goal difference therefore It is imperative, they win on Sunday [April 3].
Hopefully, van Bronckhorst can call upon Rangers’ key man, Alfredo Morelos. They massively missed the Columbian in the Celtic Park encounter and the Gers look a shadow of the team they can be without him.
The Bears have to win this one, they have no excuses. They are in front of their Ibrox faithful, have a massive point to prove after being embarrassed in Celtic’s backyard whilst needing all three points to keep the title fight alive. What a game it’s going to be.
In other Rangers news, Josh Ginnelly names Ryan Kent in the top three opponents he has ever faced.
