John Hartson picks out Rangers star Aaron Ramsey to Jim White ahead of ‘huge’ Wales showdown v Austria
John Hartson has singled out Rangers star Aaron Ramsey to Jim White ahead of Wales’ crucial showdown with Austria this evening.
The Welsh are in their World Cup play-off semi-final in a one-legged tie as they look to reach the tournament for the first time in over 60 years.
Ramsey will key, with Hartson backing him to be a difference-maker in a game that is described as “humongous” in Wales.

Speaking live on talkSPORT’s White and Jordan this morning [24 March, 37:00] as shared on Facebook, Hartson singled out the Rangers man.
“Gareth Bale and Aaron Ramsey,” he said. “There have been question marks over their fitness in terms of their game time leading up to this.
“But, it’s huge, it’s huge for the future of Welsh football to get to a World Cup – it’s a humongous game tonight.”

Humongous.
Giovanni van Bronckhorst will be watching on nervously this evening, with Ramsey having his injury issues already in recent months.
The Bears gaffer will be backing the Welshman to make a huge difference for his country, but he will also want the midfielder back and at 100%.
With everything on the line and numerous huge clashes with Celtic coming up next month in all competitions, Ramsey will be desperate to be involved in those.
It will be full-blooded with a chance to get one game away from the World Cup this evening at the end of the year.
Ramsey has been known to have the biggest influence on his country rather than his club in recent years, and that is clear among the Welsh who are pinning their hopes on him and Bale.
Everyone will be tuning in from one side of Glasgow this evening, and wishing Rambo all the best in this huge game.
