Super Computer shares chances of Rangers lifting Europa League trophy

Rangers now stand a 3% chance of lifting the Europa League trophy, according to Five Thirty-Eight.

The online Super Computer has shared their prediction after the Bears learned their path to the final in Seville on Friday (18 March).

Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s men will take on Braga in the quarter-final, before a semi-final with either RB Leipzig or Atalanta if successful.

Looking at the prediction of the Super Computer, Rangers are the biggest underdogs left in the entire competition.

Braga and Eintracht Frankfurt are next, with both only standing a 4% chance compared to the Bears.

Barcelona are favourites, in what is no surprise, with both of our potential semi-final opponents second and third to lift the silverware.

Bring it on.

This is where we thrive when others put us down as underdogs and give us no chance of prevailing on any stage.

Who would have thought that we would have beaten Borussia Dortmund apart from our own? Not many, if any.

After smashing six past the Germans in the two legs, that was a message that Rangers can achieve anything they want to at this stage.

All that matters right now are the quarter-finals, though, we can afford to get ahead of ourselves at this moment.

We have big history with Braga in this competition over recent years, and what we would give for another night at Ibrox like that 3-2 win.

Dundee and Celtic will come first on either side of the international break, then we can give it everything to create some dreams in Europe.
