Rangers supporters drive 36 hours to watch Europa League clash v Red Star
Rangers have made the trip to Serbia for tonight’s Europa League round of 16 second leg against Red Star Belgrade with a 3-0 lead in the back pocket.
The Light Blues were dominant at Ibrox one week ago as James Tavernier, Alfredo Morelos and Leon Balogun bagged the goals and they now have a great foothold to advance to the quarter-finals tonight.
The away end will be sold out at Rajko Mitic Stadium and two of those among the travelling Gers have put in a big shift to get to the Serbian capital.

As reported by the Daily Record, a pair of Rangers supporters from Kilmarnock drove all the way from Scotland, passing through France, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Austria and Hungary, to Belgrade for tonight’s game.
The trip took them a total of 36 hours with only a handful of hours to sleep as they went to great lengths to back their team in Europe.
Match that commitment
Giovanni van Bronckhorst won’t have planned to use the story of any Rangers fan in his pre-match team talk but maybe he could be tempted by this particular tale.

The huge commitment it takes to drive so far should be celebrated by everyone at the club and the manager needs to be smart enough to realise that it can be a great motivator for the players too.
If he does show this to those starting for the Gers this evening, you would hope that they would realise how much sacrifice the fans have given to come and back them and put in the effort to match which will be more than enough to send them through to the last eight.
Anything less than maximum focus may well leave Rangers in a sticky situation because the Serbian champions are no tam to be complacent against.
In other Rangers news, Ally McCoist has been gushing about one particular Ibrox ace after a personal milestone happened yesterday.
