View: Giovanni van Bronckhorst changes Rangers tactics after scrutiny
Rangers boss Giovanni van Bronckhorst actions against Aberdeen on Saturday (March 5) suggests he has taken a leaf out of his critic’s books.
The Gers were frustrated for large parts of the game, unable to break the deadlock at Ibrox.

Unfortunately, the changes were likely to be due to the Europa League clash against Red Star Belgrade on Thursday (March 10) but they were made nonetheless and hopefully the boss takes notice of the impact substitutions can make.
Business time
It is absolutely vital that the whole squad is utilised in the coming weeks.
Rangers are in the best position they have been for a very long time in terms of European football and that can’t be surrendered due to some poor decisions from van Bronckhorst.
Equally, with the Scottish Premiership. The Light Blues are just three points off the pace with anything possible from now until the end of the season. It is imperative Rangers stay right on Celtic’s heels as that alone could be enough to force a slip up.
The 47-year-old has a really tough job on his hands in the coming weeks. He must find the right balance for the players’ game time whilst avoiding overplaying the key men – which is very difficult when desperately needing to win every match.
The last thing the Gers need is anyone getting injured at this stage in the season therefore, everybody in that squad needs to step up and play their part.
