Rangers exit for Aaron Ramsey ‘seems inevitable’
It hasn’t been the match made in heaven between Rangers and Aaron Ramsey that fans were hoping for and it could be short-lived, according to Calciomercato.
The Italian media outlet believe that the Welshman’s return to Juventus next season “seems inevitable” with the Light Blues increasingly unlikely to activate their option to buy clause in the loan deal.
The 31-year-old from Caerphilly has barely featured since arriving in Glasgow on transfer deadline day having played just 96 minutes of football in four games with his longest spell on the pitch an hour against Annan Athletic in the Scottish Cup.

Calciomercato claim that fans in Turin are unhappy at the prospect of Ramsey returning to the Old Lady as they no longer want to see him in the famous black and white of Juventus.
Transfer disaster
The Ramsey saga is not one that has gone the way of Giovanni van Bronckhorst and the Gers.
At this point in time, very few Rangers supporters would fancy keeping him around next season although it isn’t because of his performances on the pitch.

It would be because he’s had so few of these chances to play through various problems with injury and no team can afford to carry such an injury-prone player in their ranks on the huge wages he is earning.
He could have been a real sensation in the Scottish Premiership and if he gets himself fit, he may still do that but with every game he misses, those percentages get smaller and smaller.
A return to Italy would be the best move for Ramsey right now although he really needs to leave Juventus for good and hope to start again elsewhere but at 31 years of age, he is running out of time rapidly.
In other Rangers news, Charlie Nicholas thinks the Gers should axe this senior starter after a run of poor performances.
