Alfredo Morelos agent speaks out about Rangers exit amid Zenit links
Alfredo Morelos has not received any proposal from Russia to seek an exit from Rangers before their transfer window closes.
According to Russian media outlet Sport 24, Michael Gorman quashed any rumours that the Colombian ace is on his way to Zenit.
This comes after there were reports suggesting that Gers had asked Zenit to cough up £20million if they wanted to purchase the striker.

Gorman said, “This information is not true. No proposals have been received from Russia.”
He stays
We do not think Morelos even contemplated leaving Ibrox in the middle of the season.
He has looked like a different animal under Giovanni van Bronckhorst and the club recently pulled off their biggest win of the season, beating Borussia Dortmund 4-2.
Whether or not he leaves in the summer, is another thing but the Gers are in no position to let go of his services.

Had he made his stance clear, they would’ve used January to rope in a replacement and then looked to have sold him.
As things stand, Morelos is a Rangers player and that will delight the Ibrox faithful.
He has bailed the defending champions on numerous occasions over the last few seasons.
Recently, his form has taken a turn for the better and we cannot wait to see how far he goes.
Should Gers win the league and seal Champions League qualification then that could tempt the Colombian into staying on for at least another season.
In other Rangers news, the club could have signed a ‘Combative’ centre mid whose father was an Ibrox icon.
